Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

For all you Pumpkin Spice Latte lovers out there, this one’s for you! I know how hard it is to resist the urge to buy one every time you pass in front of a Starbucks…but they’re expensive and not very good for you! I’ve replaced my PSL cravings with this smoothie; I get the same pumpkin taste with added vitamins and less calories. I MEAN COME ON! In fact, it’s rich in vitamin A, E and K, fiber plus it contains a bunch of minerals like iron and potassium. It’s a great snack and a quick breakfast on the go; you can even add protein powder for a post-workout meal. Replace the ice with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream and you get a great milkshake for dessert!




For 1 serving

  • 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • 1/4 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp of fresh grated ginger
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 tsp of maple syrup


Throw everything in a blender and blitz away!
